Terms of Service

By booking a session or creating an account with Elkhawarizmy Academy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Elkhawarizmy Academy provides live 1-on-1 online math tutoring sessions for elementary school students (grades 1–8) via Zoom. Sessions are conducted by qualified teachers assigned by our admin team.

• One account covers both the student and their parent or guardian
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• Accounts are activated by our admin team after payment confirmation

• Sessions are scheduled through the student dashboard or by the assigned teacher
• A Zoom link will be provided for every confirmed session
• Please be ready 5 minutes before your session start time
• If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be refunded
• Elkhawarizmy Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of teacher unavailability — a replacement session will always be offered

• Plans are billed monthly
• No contracts — you may cancel your plan at any time
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact info@elkhawarizmy.com

• One free trial session is offered per family
• The free trial is subject to teacher availability
• Elkhawarizmy Academy reserves the right to decline a free trial request

All students and parents are expected to:

• Be respectful to teachers during sessions
• Not record sessions without written permission
• Not share Zoom links with unauthorized persons

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

All content on this website and all materials shared during sessions (worksheets, tools, lesson plans) are the property of Elkhawarizmy Academy and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

Elkhawarizmy Academy is not responsible for technical issues outside our control such as internet outages, Zoom downtime, or device issues on the student's side. In such cases we will offer a replacement session.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
